Mel has worked with consultants, government, agencies, universities, resident groups, conservation networks, community groups, and more. She has skills and experience in field botany, biodiversity planning, technical advisory services, strategic planning, ecological research, threatened species conservation, habitat restoration, education, facilitation, community engagement, coaching, and more. Mel has demonstrated ability to ‘hit the ground running’, contributing significant value to projects and team dynamics. Celebrated for her ability to see the bigger picture whilst maintaining attention to detail, Mel is dedicated to sharing her skills and experience with her clients.
